There are two steps in obtaining an IATAN card:

1.    First step, each agent must be listed on the IATAN list by submitting a Personnel Registration Form and be approved by IATAN.   As an independent contractor, check the "I" box under position and "X" under duties.  Check the appropriate boxes under weekly hours and yearly earnings.
Note: To be eligible for the IATAN list you must work at least five (5) hours per week, however eligibility for the card requires 20 hours per week.  Each agent must earn at least $5000 per year from WorldClass Travel Network and be able to provide documentation to IATAN.  Mail the completed and signed form to WorldClass Travel Network.  Do not send directly to IATAN, this will only delay the registration process.

Please be advised, that IATAN imposes a six-month waiting period for new independent contractors, from the time they are registered with IATAN, to the time they will be eligible for an IATAN ID Card. The card is valid for 12 months from the month of issue.

 2.   To apply for an IATAN ID card, you must already be on the current WorldClass Travel Network's IATAN list.  Agents use an ID Card Application Form to apply.  These forms, which WorldClass Travel Network can request from IATAN, are personalized for individuals already on the WorldClass Travel Network IATAN list.  Once you have a personalized ID Card Request Form, agents must:

  • Complete the form.

  • Get a passport size (2"x2") color photo with plain background.

  • Write on the back of your photo -  your name and agency IATA number.

  • Mail the form and photo directly to WorldClass Travel Network.

  • Mail a check for $30.00 for one-year or $50 for two-years, made out to WorldClass Travel Network.

  • Do not send directly to IATAN - this will only delay the processing.

WorldClass Travel Network will forward your signed IATAN card application, photo and your proof of earnings statement and payment to IATAN.
