International Airlines Travel Agent Network

The IATAN ID Card is used specifically by travel agents to request-reduced rates and other concessions from travel industry suppliers who participate in the ID Card Program. Please note, that industry discounts are a privilege, not a right. IATAN does not determine reduced-fare offers or discount policies of travel industry suppliers. Each supplier establishes its own policy and procedures on an individual basis.

To qualify for the official IATAN ID card, each agent is currently required to earn $5000 annually. Only income earned through WorldClass Travel Network is counted for qualification.  There is a nominal fee to apply for a new card, to renew an expiring card, to reissue a card if moving to a new agency, or to replace a lost or stolen ID Card.  The card is valid for 12 months from the month of issue.

IATAN requires a six-month waiting period from the time of registration before agents can receive the card. It is important that agents complete an IATAN Personnel Registration Form or the Personnel List Amendment Form and return it to WorldClass Travel Network as soon as possible.  Upon receipt, WorldClass Travel Network will forward all paper work to IATAN.

• IATAN - Personnel List Registration - 102 Form - For new agents or agents who have never been registered with IATAN or appeared on a Personnel List, you will need to submit an IATAN Personnel List Registration Form, 102 form.
   

•  IATAN - Personnel List Amendment - 104 Form - For agents who are currently registered or in the past have been registered with IATAN or appeared on a Personnel List, you will need to submit an IATAN Personnel List Amendment Form, 104 form.

• 2007 IATAN Cost: $30.00 for one-year or $50 for two-years. Mail a check made out to WorldClass Travel Network.
